Please ship your DMS and all of its cords in its case with the completed Repair
Authorization Form

For your protection, please ship it via a tracking method. Also, please make sure
to send your DMS and all of its cords in its original DMS case or we will have to
include the cost of a new one to return your DMS for added shipping protection.
Once our service center receives your package, they will place it in the queue in
order of receipt to make the necessary repairs and once they are done, they will
forward to us the parts and labor used. We will then forward an invoice for
repairs. When you are ready to make payment, we accept Visa or MasterCard
only for domestic customers, bank wire transfer for international. Please call us
at 877-368-7523 and/or email me back and I will reach out to you. Once payment
is processed, your DMS will be returned via FedEx three-day service with
signature required or FedEx International Economy.
